This Phota Tower Gallery is being viewed from somewhere above the floor, looking down towards the entrance door.  The spiral staircase and some of the Gallery photos are visible below.  (In this case, the viewer is suspended in mid-air -- the law of gravity is entirely ignored.)  If Explore has been activated, the spiral staircase would automatically be climbed, pausing to admire each photo in turn.  But it's also possible to move to any position, and look up or down by using keyboard commands, as was done with this example.
