With this Liquib scene, a bunch of quick Plop Effect Flecks
were scattered across the screen, a few at a time, and then stopped before they
could spread very far. The Random option was checked on the
Tool/Effect Options panel so that a great mixture of Fleck Methods,
colors and other characteristics were included. (Sequon Options might
also be very helpful with influencing the results of Tools and
Effects.) Then the Shine Tool was applied to provide a sense
of depth. The Thermal Levels Shine Method was used, and the
Colorize % was set to just 33%, allowing the original Fleck colors
to mostly be preserved, slightly tinged by the Shine colors.
(Alternatively, the Relief Tool might be used to enhance depth.)
