A Kaleider Left Corner Wedge Diamond Mirror Pattern was rendered from a photo of incense packages.  The 2 Mirrors were set with the Scale Mirror Transform (this effect is stored as the Splayed Wedges Mirror Sequon).  The Pulsate Surface was then applied.
